SW15 4NG 281575 I am a patient, hard-working, and good listener with over 3 years of experience as a carer. My approach is compassionate and thoughtful—I take the time to listen to my clients, allowing me to understand their interests and help them enjoy their hobbies. My caring nature, combined with a dedicated work ethic, makes a positive difference in the lives of those I care for. I have worked with clients in the early stages of dementia, chronic conditions, and early to advanced stages of Parkinson’s disease. I am experienced in supporting clients with both passive and active exercises prescribed by physiotherapists, providing companionship, home help, and personal care services. I provide full personal care for bedridden clients, particularly those recovering from strokes or in the advanced stages of Parkinson’s. I can also support clients during hospital stays, assisting with personal grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, eating, cooking, cleaning, medication management, and other administrative tasks. I enjoy accompanying clients on gentle walks in the park or sitting together at home, sharing a conversation or reading. I typically work on an hourly basis, but I am also available for overnights and respite care as needed. All arrangements are negotiable. With over eight years of experience as a qualified oversea-consultant doctor in A&E, I am currently preparing for the General Medical Council registration exams. Working as a carer allows me to apply my medical knowledge and caregiving skills meaningfully during this time. I am comfortable working around pets, as long as hygiene procedures align with my clients' needs. In my spare time, I volunteer for a charity. I am keen on sports, such as tennis, both watching and playing, running, workouts. Recently I had a beginner rowing/sculling course. I also have skills in knitting and lace making. I enjoy painting, reading, playing board games, such as backgammon, Chinese checkers. I love theatre, musicals, and museum visits, with the Natural History Museum being a personal favourite. Healthy eating and preparing nutritious meals are passions of mine, and I am always eager to learn and explore new interests. If you think I could help you, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible and would be happy to assist. Thank you. 0 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

It was not something I'd imagined while studying computer science at Cambridge. Many years were spent in the tech industry, but that career did not give me any personal satisfaction. While living abroad 20 years ago, I was struck by a car whilst walking on the pavement. As a result, I spent months in hospital and in recovery for the better part of a year. I became a carer two years ago, and I draw upon this experience and channel my empathy to all the men I look after. In the years I've been a carer, my personal approach to care-giving has yielded significant results. To give one example: the connection and trust I built with one 93-year old gentleman led him to stop sleeping on the living room sofa and start sleeping in his hospital bed in his bedroom for the first time in years. He'd been very resistant, but now sees the benefits: he cited having a good night's sleep and less back pain. Preparing fresh food for him also made a big difference, and he is now eating at least one full meal a day. In so many small ways, I know I am making a difference - from ensuring their hearing aids or internet connection are working to connecting with their friends or medical assistants, my approach can best be summed up as personal, tailored, and empathetic. I principally serve SW15, but please call me if you are slightly outside that area and I believe that I can help you. {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"0","field_care_type_first":null,"field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"0","field_care_type_second":null,"field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"0","field_care_type_third":null,"field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"0","field_care_type_fourth":null,"field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"0","field_care_type_fifth":null,"field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"0","field_care_type_sixth":null,"field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"0","field_care_type_seven":null}

SW15 2DU 204718 Hello, my name is Roza. I am a 56-year-old professional carer. One of the things I love about my job is meeting people from different walks of life, with varied backgrounds and careers. I find them to be very interesting individuals with captivating stories, which helps when we spend a lot of time together. Each one of them is unique, and the beauty is that we can learn from each other and discover new things in life, as well as learn about ourselves. My goal is to help my clients with everyday aspects of life, recovery, learning to live with disabilities, and make their lives easier, more pleasant and try to help them become more independent. I have a broad range of experience with different types of clients and needs. I began my career as a live-in carer for two years with a lovely 96-year-old gentleman in his home. I then worked for six years for a nursing agency where I met many clients who required different types of care services. To provide the best care possible, I have completed all the necessary learning courses and achieved NVQ2 and NVQ3 social care qualifications. This enables me to care for individuals and their families with the highest level of care possible. I have experience with Parkinson’s disease, dementia, stroke, spinal injuries, cellulitis, depression, and many more. In addition to my professional experience, I also worked for six years with a family where I was a housekeeper and nanny to three wonderful children, starting from the day they were born until they turned six. I am a Polish national who understands the Russian language and have lived and worked in London for 22 years. I consider this place my home. I care for my clients the way I would like someone to care for my parents - with love and dignity. I believe in treating everyone the way I would like to be treated if I needed assistance in the future. Also, I'm an animal lover. 2 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}
