Being engaged with people is my passion. Food is a great way to get people together. I wrote three cook books between 2018 and 2020. The second book is the project that I am most proud of, it combines healthy recipes with info on nutrients that are needed for certain ailments and it also has a wellbeing section. If you need help with healthy nutritious food then call me. I have been speaking every Wednesday on local radio about wellbeing and each week we discuss all things health and well-being. I’m trained in many therapies which I can combine with my work as a PA. The two go well together. The therapies I am qualified in are massage, reflexology, auricular acupuncture and nutrition. I’ve been treating older people with dementia for 2 years. I spent four years working with a mental health team for older adults. I have experience in personal care, hoisting and helping people with special needs. I’m very experienced with dementia patients. I have some time each week to give so why not work as a PA, I love helping people in this capacity to be more empowered. I am available on Mondays until 1.30pm every other Tues and Saturdays and every other Wednesday afternoon, . Especially good for those adhoc days. Happy to look after older people and children. I can also provide over night company (sleeping) if required.
