CM13 2RJ 132816 I am a nutural nuturer, I am compassionate and caring, I am a motivational speaker and find positives any way I can, I respect dignity and that is foremost in my mind along with health and safety when with clients. I have a can do attitude and encourage others to do the same. Whilst working as a project manager in Nigeria, I created and implemented a scheme, which motivated and encouraged women and young girls from impoverished backgrounds into education and apprenticeships with local employers. 0 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

CM13 3JS 194424 I am professional Health Care Assistant. Though my professional practice as Health Care Assistant here in the United Kingdom is relatively new after obtaining Diploma 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, my interest in taking care of the elderly and children spans my early childhood. I have been involved in taking care of my late grandma who I considered vulnerable because she had dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I did take care of her with passion and a lot of empathy knowing that all of us will eventually grow old and be just like her one day. My role in the Church as a youth carer also meant I have to take care of the vulnerable youths and young adults in my care group. These experiences prepared me and expanded my interest in the management of human beings. It is no wonder the Care giver role appealed naturally to me when I started work professionally as a Health Care Assistant. Having delivered value and promoted person-centered approach to care giving, I have consolidated on the natural empathy I have for individuals and the need to always support them to make choices while balancing their rights with the risks involved. Presently, as a Health Care Assistant at Efficiency for Care Limited where I and other Care givers offer Respite Care, Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care and Complementary therapies to patients who have different degrees of ailments and care needs. In the service and retention of this clientele base, I have joined the team to provide quality care and support in a Person-centered way, emphasising at all times effective communication, relationship building in such ways that make our clients feel at home and at the same time, promoting equality and diversity. Due to my closeness to these ‘Precious Jewels' (as we call them in our care home), they share things that are deep and personal to them with me and over time, I have ensured their confidentiality and privacy are highly respected by not sharing these with others except on a Need-to-know basis. In the delivery of customer delight, Loyalty and passion for care, I have made Care, Compassion, Courage, Communication, Commitment and Competence as the 6 pillars on which my services as a care giver must revolve. One of these played out when one of the precious jewels I care for insisted she wants to go home, emphasising her house is at the back of our care home. I was so compassionate that I gently led her to the gate, asked her questions about her life and stories that relate to it. By the time we got to the gate, I have carefully diverted her attention from worrying about going home to counting her steps back and forward within the court yard as a form of exercise for her These experiences, and operational strategies in providing personal care would be leveraged in partnership with other team members to ensure that the individuals in your entire Care home where I am recruited are well served in the most professional way possible. I am available for further discussion on this role at your earliest convenience. Thank you. {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"0","field_care_type_first":null,"field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"0","field_care_type_second":null,"field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"0","field_care_type_third":null,"field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"0","field_care_type_fourth":null,"field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"0","field_care_type_fifth":null,"field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"0","field_care_type_sixth":null,"field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"0","field_care_type_seven":null}

RM3 0GQ 165655 My name is Carol I live in Havering I am a compassionate and dedicated pa/care assistant with 8 years' experience in providing high quality personal care and companionship to vulnerable people. My main Ethos is to promote independence , to enable those I work with to feel they are making decisions for themselves. Be a positive person in their life, build a strong bond, make them happy and their days fulfilled, leave them smiling, be friendly but professional at all times. I am currently working with 4 people, sadly one is palliative the others I prepare meals, assist with medication, personal care, keep records, assist with bill paying, take them out where possible and provide companionship. I can work alone or as part of a team and I'm happy to stay overnight when necessary. If I can improve someone's day a little, or provide support to a family, then I know I have made a positive difference. Previously I worked as a Foster Carer caring for 34 children and young people over a period of nearly 15 years. After many wonderful years I took the decision to stop fostering and start caring for older people in the community. Having worked for several years for the CQC as a Lay Person inspecting Care Homes and Medical Practices I realised what a need there was for people to support vulnerable people and their families in the community. Hopefully, my many years of caring for others will put my knowledge and experience to good use in supporting people in their own homes. If I get an spare time I like to spend it with my family, I have four children and many grandchildren, several of whom belong to young people who I once fostered. Please contact me if you think I can be of any help to your loved ones. 0 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

CM11 2JJ 202391 My Care work began nearly five years ago where I worked for a company covering the Brentwood area. I’m very caring and compassionate who looks to achieve a positive outcome for each individual. I love knowing that I make a difference. I’ve a good understanding and am very positive & also bubbly. I’m honest, hard working and reliable and also able to work within a team. My Care work is my interests and my hobbies as along the way I get to do some great weekly activities or days out with clients. When covid hit in 2020 my manager was diagnosed with a health issue and sadly passed away. My clients aswell as family members which I cared for daily wanted me to still continue with my support & care which I then became self employed and 3 years later still caring for those same clients aswell as some new clients where I’ve been recommended along the way through family members. Its over whelming for me knowing I’m highly thought of by clients and family members still wanting me to continue with my support and care. This makes me a great carer :) 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}
