Ruth is more than a Carer! On the first day I met her she promised to be my mothers best friend and confidant; and she was. Attentive, kind, caring and a great listener she quickly became attuned to my mother's moods, her unique sense of humour, love of music, and provided comfort to mum when she needed it. She introduced my Jamaican mother to a network of new friends and interests which has given her joy and purpose in life. She has also been a great support to me too! Highly recommended!

Ruth has helped my mother for nearly six months and has become increasingly caring and helpful. She has worked extra hours with little notice, she regularly updates me with news of my mother as I am away travelling for a lot of the year, without Ruth I would not be able to do this travel with peace of mind. She finds things to do to entertain Mum and also does shopping and small jobs to help around the house.
