This is my 16th year in the care industry. My experience has lead to providing care for a wide range of clients, both young and old. Clients with many abilities, disabilities, challenges, both physical and mental, age related disabilities and sensory disabilities. More recently, I care for elderly with dementia, Parkinson’s and other conditions affecting that generation. I have grown to appreciate each individual circumstance and tailor the care needs according to their care plan and beyond. As a mature woman, I am kind, patient, understanding and carry out my role with empathy and attention. I understand that I am in a role to enable my client to live their lives as independently as possible with my help and without taking over their choices. I get great fulfilment in making a difference in other people lives. I appreciate the time I spend with the older generation and the mutual learning offered. All my clients are Individuals and I treat them as such. I I work professionally and with the utmost respect and confidence in view of my clients circumstances. I am a good conversationalist and I make good companionship. In addition, I enjoy on the household duties that may be required of me. I am clean and tidy by nature. Highly organised and can manage clients diary efficiently. I have the best job in the world, challenging though it can sometimes be, but communication overcomes many of these. I have a lot of experience liaising with external agencies, might the need arise. These include, social services, NHS, GP, district nurse, and family members. I am also a sign language user and communicate very well with hard of hearing clients. I work with compassion and understanding of my clients needs. I understand that each day may be different and some times may be more challenging than others. I understand that patience is a much needed asset when caring for others. I respect my clients environment and know that I’m an there in a working capacity. My role as a Carer should not in any way change the peace and mind of their homely environment. I have worked for both private clients and through several agencies and come with excellent references. My written and spoken English are at an advanced level and I am also pursuing a degree in public health. Thank you very much for viewing my profile and best wishes in your search for a good carer.

"We were incredibly fortunate to have Rosma as a companion for my mother. Her dedication, kindness, and thoughtfulness made a significant difference in my mother's life. She not only accompanied her to tea dances and walks but also brought joy and companionship that was truly priceless.
