I believe deeply in working towards improving the quality of life of the people I support. I have experience in supporting clients with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, multi sensory impairments, incontinence and I am also comfortable supporting with all levels of personal care. I believe in employing a person centred approach to supporting clients as no two clients are the same and it is important to acknowledge and celebrate their individualism. I have a level one qualification in British sign language which also enables me to communicate with hearing impaired clients more effectively and allows me to be inclusive in my interactions. I am excited to continue working on caring for individuals who need this level of care as I hope to impact more lives positively and support in improving the quality of life of all I work with. Roxanne is a very well qualified and experienced carer who provided excellent service to my wife who has dementia. She is punctual, well spoken and was very kind and gentle with Julia - she provided service over and above what I expected, and Julia seemed very happy under her care. I will certainly be contracting Roxanne again in future and would recommend her very highly,
