My focus is to practice continuous improvement in all that I do, to provide a service that adds value to my clients and customers’ experience. I am a self-motivated person and ready to serve and always gives my best in any area I can serve. I aim to surpass all targets set for me while having a keen eye for detail. I am warm, welcoming, and supportive to customers and clients because I believe meeting customers’ needs is key to success of any business. I achieve this by great communication, consistency, concise and courteous. In 2010, I started working part time as a support worker working with adults with learning disabilities. I have also worked with an NHS trust as a clinical support worker; in a mental health care home and in a supported living accommodation as a support worker working with clients with brain injuries. I have worked in a care home for the elderly and as a personal assistant and complex care support worker. I have an NVQ level 2 and NVQ level 3 in health and social care as well as a Level 3 PTTLS Certificate in Education and Training. I am passionate about providing a high standard of care to all children and vulnerable adults. I am an advocate for fair treatment of all staff in the workplace. I am good communicator and a keen listener who is able to assimilate new concept and ideas, a team player dedicated to the welfare of other and a hard worker who is able to work under pressure with little or no supervision to meet deadlines. These, supported by my willingness to learn from other and good interpersonal skills are some traits that I hope will benefit your institution and help me in my career development should I be given the chance to join. I am passionate about providing excellent care, making people smile and supporting my colleagues.
