I ran groups in Cooking , gardening, relaxation , art & crafts & took patients on outings. I have experience working with Adults with Dementia, Anxiety and depression & other Mental health conditions. My job was to monitor patients mental health & wellbeing & to support all their needs. I also have experience as a caregiver/ companion. This was to go to clients homes & help with personal care, washing & dressing. Administer medication , make meals , any household duties & shopping. Or to sit & chat with the client. To accompany to appointments with the client or to assist them with outdoor activities etc . I have also worked with Adults with learning disabilities. Provided all personal care , feeding , making food, laundry and going on outings to appointments or activities. I will make sure that the person I am caring for will receive kindness, compassion, understanding, patience & a person they can trust.
