I ...More Hi, My name is Louise, im 43 years old and I have over 11 years experience in care and co-ordination . I gave up my Co-ordinating role in March 2018 to return to providing care in the community and i worked as a self employed Carer until the gentleman I cared for for 2 years sadly passed away. I worked as support staff to autistic young children and adults with challenging behaviour and more recently now as a deputy manager for one of my conpanys services. It's a role I am really enjoying and learning loads of new skills and ways of communication as some of out service users are non verbal. I have a range of skills. I am very dedicated and hard working, and care passionately about looking after people. I love hearing about people's lives past and present and having worked a lot with individuals at every stage of dementia. I understand it's not just the person In the chair and I love to hear about family and experiences. I have a family - I have 4 sons, and 2 grandsons I like to read, listen to music, go for walks and explore the world around me,I also enjoy watching Sports that include Football, Cricket, Snooker, and follow Arsenal as my football team. I do currently work full time in my deputy manager role supporting children and adults with challenging behaviour but I am happy to help around my days off and have a very supportive husband. I am currently updating my knowledge on diet and nutrition. I like going to the movies & like to make keepsake gifts as my hobby for friends, family and anyone else who may want them.
