Kiki has done several "waking nights" of care for my aunt, who is age 103 and needed extra help following 2 falls. Kiki was punctual for the night shifts and carefully looked after a very frail lady who had one arm in plaster and both legs bandaged. Kiki helped her to get ready for bed and to use the toilet in the night and also made her hot drinks and chatted to her when she couldn't sleep. Kiki kept me informed of how each night went. We'd be happy to book Kiki again, and I recommend her.

Excellent
Bukurije has been a fantastic carer for my aunt. She jumped in at very short notice when I was let down (on the day) and has helped again since. She was brilliant, my aunt loved her immediately and Bukurije (Kiki) went over and above what I would normally expect. She took her out for drives in the car which she loved and also took her to a cafe because my aunt loved to go out for coffee, this was something she hadn't been able to do for a long time and it made such a difference to my aunt.

Excellent
Worked well with Mum, but also challenged her, so Mum was more active than usual. Kiki was happy to sit and chat to Mum at meal times. She was always punctual and kind and would definitely book her again.
