I have experience in designing a Care Plan for my clients to overcome isolation and also to help speed up recovery. I care for the young, elderly and vulnerable people from different walks of life. People are different and I treat each person as individual depending on their care needs. My support service includes but not limited to: House keeping, personal care, shopping, cooking, feeding when needed, administering medication, booking appointments, social/hospital escort. My ultimate aim is to surround my clients with LOVE and LOYALTY. Current DBS, REFERENCES are in place. I also have some experience with persons suffering dementia or Mental Health issues. I prefer to work Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm and can do some nightshifts but this can be discussed/changed as and when required. I do not drive but am willing to commute around an hour from Croydon and again this is open to discussion.
