I am looking for a live-out care work and I can travel around the UK and traveling costs would be charged. I have gained experience in nursing homes, however, I like to deliver more one-to-one care to clients in their own home. In addition, I currently work as a live out carer specifically with spinal cord injury, end of life and complex care, and neurological patients in their home, I am quite experienced in providing this type of care but I have been trained (in house) . Also, have experience with palliative care as I am quite sensitive to the needs and wishes of care users who wish to remain at home, I have such experience and reference available upon request. Willing to look after client's pets. I have a clean DBS both for caring for children and adults. I do drive
