If there is any concerns I will communicate with the family and office and if it appears life threatening I will call 111 for assistance and guidance if the client is not well or I call an ambulance. I am comfortable with lone working or double up work., observant to the client I am assisting. As clients differ I am willing to learn. I am comfortable with using a hoist, molift raiser equipment's. I also dispense medication.
