I have varying experience and have had varying experiences. I provided community nursing support in South Africa to phyciatric nurses and midwives in the community. This would be first aid out in the field, counseling to victims of domestic abuse, providing resource information as well as supporting aids patients, with daily care, this palliative care would be daily washing, eating, companionship. I also worked closely with social services to provide care to abandoned babies and children, it has always been my understaning that people are unique and wonderful. We all fundamentally need and deserve the BEST possible care, respect and support to live our best and chosen life. I consider it a privledge to be "allowed" to help someone in various ways through their day. I have delivered suport in many various ways, from domicillian to live in care, for a variety of diagnoses. From daily pad changes to showers or baths, meal preparations and shopping support. Ever case is individual and personalised according to each person's needs. I also follow care plans as required. I have worked for 20 + years delivering personal care, support and companionship, I have worked in hospitals , personal homes, care homes and supporting people in the community. I am happy to provide hoisting and handling as a second carer , or to be discussed should moving and handling not involve hoisting, please let me know your needs and I am happy to help if possible. I never met Veronica but corresponded with and spoke to her regarding helping my elderly, partially sighted mother. She visited her on two occasions. In my opinion, she was at all times professional, caring and gave good advice. I would use her again to support my mother.

I have no hesitation in recommending Veronica who looked after our elderly mum. She was fully invested in providing the best care and highly capable. In addition she fitted in very well with the family.

Veronica is an amazing person!! She is professional, kind, caring and respectful.. Veronica has all the qualities one could hope for in a carer. From the very first moment we met Veronica, she made a great connection with my mother, and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I am so happy to have Veronica’s help with my mother. Veronica is an exceptional person!

Veronica is an amazing carer, she goes above and beyond and truly has the best interests of the patient at heart. Veronica has cared for my elderly mother for the past 6 months and my mum looks forward to her visits every day. She puts the needs of my mum beyond anything else, and really helped us when we had no idea about how to put a care plan in place for mum.. She is a positive and amazing person, reliable and keeps us updated daily on her visits. I would highly recommend Veronica to anyone.
