I have been working in a Residential/Care home where I have proper industry training at one of the best care homes in West Sussex, I have also worked as a carer in the private sector with excellent feedback. Before that, I worked as an air hostess for British Airways taking redundancy after 20 years in the air and then getting into the rewarding world of care and loving it! I am ideally looking to help/serve/look after just one person(maybe two) as well as carry on with my part-time job at a local Care home. I would like to provide 1st Class care without compromising (I was never very good in economy!) I like to treat each person that I look after as one of my 1st class passengers, and I do!. Their well-being and happiness is the most important element and I won’t leave until the customer is content and my duties have been done to an excellent standard! Always happy to go that extra mile! For me, it's important to empower my clients and always be able to think outside the box to make things happen. I work well on my own or as a part of a team taking on board the needs and wishes of each client and adapting to suit! So if you need that pint of milk before I start my shift, please just ask! Happy to be as flexible as possible where your needs take priority at all times. Very understanding, honest, positive, punctual, caring, approachable and at the same time professional and focus, with a sunny disposition, own car driver and flexible. I have been vaccinated for pretty much everything and recently, of course, covid. I take a covid test 3 times per week (2 x LFT + 1 x PCR) Apparently, my hands, feet massages are highly recommended! (basic reflexology course) I love organising/tidying, so I apologise in advance if I can’t help myself and do a little ‘Mary Kondo's organising magic’! I don’t smoke and rarely drink, try to have a balanced and healthy lifestyle as possible! While working as an air hostess I used to work in our 1st Class cabin so I try to replicate that service where possible while at the same time I tend to follow some care home guidelines, so you get a nice pretty special but safe mixture! Pls, feel free to say hello! Hope this is not too long!? (apologies if it’s! Sorry if I have sent you asleep already! ??❤️ Oh! And about my preferences. I adore ladies! I rather do long days/nights! I am happy to travel .. but that may cost a little extra! Coronavirus vaccine and also recent flu vaccine (6/12/21). Latest; I have given notice at the care home where I am currently working to facilitate a much-needed availability! so from Jan/Feb 2022 availability will be better as I will only focus on Curam clients. Latest Coronavirus Booster (20/Dec/1021) - All vaccinations up to date! Non-smoker and generally well behaved! Part of a micro team so I can always facilitate other quality carers if I am unable to do so. From April 2022 I can only provide Emergency/short term care(long days) as very limited availability (apologies!)

Maria Lorena totally renewed my faith in finding wonderful care for my elderly mother with complex needs. She was kind, hard working, caring , and attentive to mums needs.
