Amongst all these positions, I am qualified within a care managerial position, but because of the passion, enthusiasm, kind and warm caring nature I possess right from my childhood to care for people, I have chosen to be involved in the care and well-being, building good and trusting relationships with empathy and reliability to the elderly person in my care. further to my caring nature, I have studied and qualified in Level 5 Diploma in health and social care and not the least. I am fully equipped with skills which enables me to carry out individual careplan with my own initiative. coupled with this, I have :- 1.Good communication skills: which enables me to communicate clearly, politely and respectably with individual and I can use any form of communication skill effectively. 2. Reliability: which I am trusted with the individual in my care in terms of safeguarding, and ensuring that organisational policies are adhered to and I'm working in accordance with the client careplan to provide person- centred care to the individual in my care. 3. Sensitivity: I'm always sensitive to observe the well-being of the individual from time to time while living in the home as well as when any changes arise in both physical needs and health which will be reported promptly to the family or other partner organisation. 4.Flexibility: In as much I'm responsible to the individual, I am required as a self employed carer to prioritise my workload to suit my client and myself. This will enable me to put a breaktime in place when is required as well as planning a holiday break in due time. 5. Confidentiality: This is to keep the individual sensitive information secured or transferring to only authorised person or organisation.
