My responsibilities have included companionship, shopping, organising doctor/dentist/eye appointments/business meetings, and helping my clients maintain their social lives by arranging lunches and gatherings. Some clients just want company and a listening ear without feeling they are a ‘burden’ to their friends and family. I oversee the smooth running of their households, including any additional care (e.g. nursing) and admin, making sure bills are paid and filed.
