I was first point of call, on some occasions, if the nurse was dealing with another emergency. I was the first person throughout. I am first aid trained in both children and adults although I only work with children. I am trained in tracheostomy, ventilation, gastronomy, epilepsy, insulin administration, moving and handling and challenging behaviour plus much more. I am use to working in family homes and respect that it is your home first and foremost. I am pro active and driven to always improve myself, I like to give 100% in everything I do. I'm caring, reliable and observant. I like to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly.
