I bring a wealth of training and experience to my carer role. My career in healthcare began 30 years ago in nursing then massage and since then I have continued to further my qualifications in the areas of Yoga, Meditation, Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Naturopathic Nutrition, Energetic Healing & other vibrational therapies. About 15 years ago I decided to specialise in Aged and Clinical Care and focused my work and studies in this area. Since then I have worked as a clinical Complementary Therapist & Coordinator within Hospice, Hospitals, in private clinics and in the home environment. In addition to regular care duties I offer: • Diet and meal planning and preparation. • Pedicures and foot treatments (great for keeping the feet healthy) • Guided relaxation session (great for those with anxiety) • Seated yoga. This is a great way to maintain health for those with limited mobility. I am available for short visits in Llandrindod Wells and surrounding area but happy to travel further afield for longer bookings or do occasional sleeping night shifts. I have my own car.
