Having worked in Live in care roles 6 years working with the elderly and young adults with various diagnosis including early stages of dementia and advanced stages, physical disabilities, MS , Celebral Palsy, Stroke, huntington's disease, depression and much more, I have training in medication administration, peg feeding, stoma care, catheter care . diabetes and blood pressure care. I am very passionate about caring for individuals with needs. I am empathetic/respect, very reliable/flexible, patient, observant, cheerful, a good listener, good cook. I am great cook of shepherd's pie, cottage pie, stews/ stew with dumplings, pasta dishes, fish and chips, sunday roast and I cook great roast potatoes to go with that too, I can make very lovely home made soups, carrot and coriander,chicken stew and broths. I can also make lovely desserts, trifles and crumbles and fruits desserts, mild and hot currys , I am very passionate about health cooking and eating. Thank you
