I have been supporting clients on various issues offering a professional support and advice. I have therefore acquired good record management skills, planning, organising and time management skills. I am proficient in the use some of IT packages in Microsoft Office. I have acquired ability to Manage busy office environment including dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries. I am daily engaging with clients; volunteers, staff and external visitors. I possess Excellent customer service and people management skills with ability to provide efficient front of house service. I understand well the necessity of adhering to Legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff.
