My husband is a minister and I care for a large congregation of adults, youth and children. I advise the church women’s wink who are sick or having a family problems. I care for the old through periodic home visitation at their home and spend some time with them. I organise the woman and the youth in the church and designer training program on how they can be good citizen and how they can carry themselves in a good manor. As care assistant I assist my clients with personal care, bathing, toileting serving meal, making beds. helping to feed them, helping my client to move around, talking to my clients to making them comfortable. I monitoring my patients condition by taking their temperature blood pressure paus, saturation level, to ensure that they are all within the normal range. I also checked their feed regime and administer their feed regime accordingly. I have the ability to prepare a well balanced meal for my client and they really enjoy when eating. I also assist them with their activity and sometime take them for a walk for outdoor refreshments. I administer medication by doctor’s prescription and at the right time. I've been a carer for five years consistently. All my clients like me and love to work with me always because I make them happy.
