As meals are a significant part of the day, I take care to assist to prepare nutritious and enjoyable dishes, accommodating dietary requirements and preferences. Moreover, I promote physical activities and social interaction through gentle exercises, engaging conversations, and activities that stimulate the mind and bring joy, while making sure individual preferences and choices are centred. In addition, I also prioritise emotional support by offering a listening ear and empathetic presence. I monitor health indicators closely, administer medication, and coordinate with healthcare professionals as necessary. As the day concludes, I assist with evening routines to ensure each and every client feels a comfortable and peaceful end to the day. My main goal is to create a sage, nurturing, and positive environment where those in my care feel valued and supported.
