Laura was extremely professional, asked lots of questions prior to the day we needed her and was so patient and kind with our grandfather. She recognised when he was struggling with the noisy environment and took him out for a walk then sat with him somewhere quiet to help him. She answered all his questions and was truly wonderful with him. Thank you so much!
