I have an up to date Enhanced DBS/Driving License/Insurance. All relevant training certificates are up to date. I have experience with Motor Neurone Disease, Brain Damage, Cancer Care, Dementia, Depression, MS and Mobility issues and other ailments that are part of the ageing process. I am trained in PEG Feeding and Palliative Care. I am confident in dealing with complex issues. I am also experienced in the stages of dementia and the importance of continuity with the same Carer. I am very respectful, a brilliant time keeper and a good communicator. I am a very calm person with great problem solving abilities. The thing I love most about my job is making someone feel they are totally supported and respected .It doesn’t matter if it’s companionship or complex needs. I love getting to know the people I care for. Ageing isn’t easy and the pressure it puts on families is immense. I never underestimate how hard it is to have Carers in the home environment, or how hard it is to maintain a normal family/work life whilst caring for elderly parents. My interests are interior design, cooking, animals and I’m a very upbeat sociable person. I love life and live it to it’s fullest. I am happily married with two children living in Shropshire.

Tracey looked after my 86 year old nan on my wedding day, she did a absolutely fabulous job looking after and supporting my nan throughout the day. I couldn’t of asked for anyone better, I would highly recommend Tracey, I felt my nan was in safe hands. You know that your family member will be looked after and really cared for as Tracey is so friendly, caring and communication was top notch before hand and during the day.
