My name is Kutlwano I have 5 years of experience working in care industry in the UK and I developed a compassionate approach. I work hard to get to know my client and I enjoy listening to older people I have worked with people with dementia for a long time, encouraging them to join social groups and get involved in community, activities, assisting them with personal care eg bathing ,grooming, dressing, supporting contingence, assisting with mobility eg using hoists, wheelchairs, standing aids, assisting with medication administration and prompting, assisting with shopping, cooking and house chores. I have also worked with people with mental health and Autism supporting them with daily life activities, providing companionship and ensuring their safety. Recently I am providing care for people with spinal injury closely monitoring for signs and symptoms of autonomic Dysreflexia and implement appropriate interventions promptly. I like gardening especially growing vegetables and flowers, I like sports I am fan of Manchester city I also like word search. I am always willing and keen to learn new skills to care for new clients. I am currently looking for live in clients on a 2 week on 2 week off rotation and on my 2 weeks off I am looking for waking nights. When travelling to clients for live in I prefer to have my clients cover 1 way travelling expenses. I am happy to work public holidays at a rate of time and half.
