I am a friendly person, who is open minded and warm, with the ability to build a rapport with people across multiple generations, socio-economic and racial divides over long periods whilst maintaining confidentiality. Communication, empathy, patience and the ability to go the extra mile with both clients and colleagues has been a mainstay caring for people for more than two decades. The ability to stay positive, flexible, reliable and yet be calm under pressure is non-negotiable for me as it matters to me that both clients and colleagues need hope that I never intend to let my emotions or panic quell. Caring for both my Mum and Dad who both died sick in 2017 and 2011 respectively have inspired my passion for Care for both male and female clients. I would love the privilege to make another day worth the while for you or your loved one.
