I work hard to get to know my clients so I can help them enjoy their interests and hobbies. I have worked extensively with young people and adults who display complex needs such as Cabral Palsy, Autism ,Dementia, ADHD, severely epileptic clients, challenging behaviour, learning disability's and mental illness. The most important factor in my work is providing a compassionate understanding of a patient in need. I am a firm believer in helping people exceed there own limitations even if its taking an inch of a step over time with consistency of support. I have seen clients develop and become more independent or certain of themselves and where they are going in life, I believe my experience demonstrates my level of skill in Care and am able to adapt to multiple of types of care whether is hoisting and attending to personal care. “I am kind, hardworking and a good communicator.” and I think that is vital to provide quality care .
