Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, making independent decisions and working collaboratively with customer coaches. Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to maintain accurate customer information and handle safeguarding concerns. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate services to customers, colleagues and partner agencies. I am currently working as a support worker working in a supported living accommodation working with clients form the age of 16-80+, these clients have a range of learning disabilities where we aim for them to gain the tools to lead as independent living as possible. I working 37.5hr per week and I know my rota 2 weeks in advance I am looking for additional hours to fit around my current jobs, I aim to work as part of a Curam micro team. I am happy to work with male and female clients. One of my passions is cooking so this is something that I like to do with my clients and I strive to encourage clients to eat a well balance diet where possible. I am always willing to learn new skills if required to care for client.
