I'm an experienced carer, currently working with elderly clients with and without dementia and Parkinson's. I have experience with spinal injuries, brain injuries, catheter care, medication administration, palliative/end of life care and I'm a great listener! I have lots of patience, a great sense of humour and can adapt to clients with different needs. I have worked on and off in care for almost 30 years, and spent a great deal of time caring for my parents and children with terminal illness. I'm currently my mother in laws carer after her stroke who now lives with us.
