Tshepo has been caring for my 93 year old dad and has been amazing. She has dealt with many challenging situations with an extremely high level of good humour, professionalism, flexibility, sensitivity and common sense. She has taken responsibility for running the house and communicating with other carers and family. We trust her judgement completely. On many occasions she has gone beyond her remit eg nights, being available at home - showing her dedication. We feel lucky to have her!!
