Emelia is a highly professional and experienced carer. She is extremely kind , compassionate and caring. She holds very high standards in her caring role and also has nursing qualifications and training which she applies in her caring capacity. She looked after my father and had an excellent relationship with him, they would chat and share a joke together. As my father experienced health difficulties Emelia did her best to ensure his comfort and well being, even as far as his dietary needs.
