I work in various care sectors such as Domiciliary, Care Home ,Nursing Home ,Hospitals, Reablement with council in a mental care home, then Community work with Dr and Nurses to look after Patients that have just been discharged from hospital. At the moment i also work as support worker with people with learning disability and autistism.
