Vicky has been a god send. She’s open, friendly, takes the time to listen to Mum and has become a solid foundation in both caring and supporting mum. She consistently identifies areas she can help and goes above and beyond to make sure mum is both safe and also on schedule for appointments and visits. Most recently she helped in preparing mum for her break taking the time to choose outfits and pack whilst also helping us find a handy man. We’re very happy.

I recommend Vicky as an excellent carer. She was always on time and worked hard for the hours set. My mother was very appreciative of all that she did, including cooking, cleaning, personal care and acting as companion while we were away. Well done, Vicky.
