I am a focused hardworking individual who is eager to be challenged, determined in achieving personal and team targets. I work well under pressure and have a vast knowledge of using current medical equipment to observe record and recognise when a patient becomes acutely ill and escalate to the appropriate healthcare team as well as liaise with other allied healthcare professionals. I have Strong organisation skills with the ability to disseminate information and knowledge whilst listening and putting into practice advice and instructions. I have been able to manage a ward as a Nurse in Charge as well as providing support in ensuring patients and team’s safety.
