Milcah has been coming to help out my mum, who has Alzheimer's, regularly over the last few months. She was absolutely brilliant with her. Milcah is so caring and kind and is such a warm and genuine person. We feel lucky that she was able to help us for this period. Communication was always excellent and we could really rely on her. I could not recommend her more.

Milcah is a truly outstanding carer across all aspects we have encountered during her time looking after me. She is always impeccably presented,punctual, and carries out her role with confidence, which puts you at ease. She has a kind nature, which has kept me relaxed through what are demanding needs of looking after a tetraplegic. Moving and handling, SPC catheter care,bowel routine, washing and dressing, maintaining a hygienic environment, and I consider myself privileged to have had her care.
