Jennifer is a marvellous carer. My mum was very resistant about having a carer supporter at home. Jennifer was kind and reassuring during her initial a visit which made Mum feel relaxed about the process. Jennifer has now been working with Mum for over a month and has provided an excellent service, my mum is settled improved and is much more responsive as the result of Jennifer care and kindness. I would highly recommend her as excellent carer. She’s also been able to mums hair and shower her.
