To provide them with personal care including bathing, grooming, feeding, administering medication, listening to their views, giving them choices, following their individual care plans. Communicating with other members of the team, undertake training as required, participating in regular staff meetings, ensuring good standard of hygiene, safety, writing reports, I’m a good listener, I have always worked as part of a team, I’m approachable.
