I communicate effectively with individuals, groups and organisations (which are involved in an individual’s care). I am able to produce accurate records and am able to make informed decisions. I have good time management skills and work ethics. I am a confident person and am a good team player. I have a positive,flexible attitude towards work and the clients I support.I am able to manage stress . I think logically and I am able to propose solutions to benefit the individual I support.
