Theresa is warm and caring, with a lovely sense of humour. She has easily fitted into Dad's household and is thorough and professional. When Dad had to go to hospital suddenly, Theresa was with him all the way, and even thought to pack a flask and sandwiches too, knowing they may have been needed! We feel very lucky to have found her as part of Dad's care team.
