I am able to do general observations such as BP, sugar levels, body temperature, assist with medication, changing dressings (bandages) and use of equipment such as hoist, standing aids, equipped bathrooms, sliding sheets, commode, transferring boards etc. My duties with live in clients and supported living include personal care (toileting, washing, bathing), assisting with and feeding, medication and prompting, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, shopping, keeping up with the diary (GP & hospital appointments, visitors, answering and making phone calls, updating family members). I also have experience in dementia and palliative care.
