Care is about closeness, the joy of supporting others to live independently, giving respite to struggling family members and helping people find peace at the end of their lives, this is my key motivation for this job. *My expertise:* Early and later stage dementia care, Blind care, Spina care, stroke care, Catheter Care, Stoma Care, Wellness management, Senior care, End of life care.etc *Household duties:* eg medication,administration, washing, cleaning, shopping etc. *Personal care duties*: eg. bathroom assistance and grooming etc. * *My duties include* · Compassionate · Caring · Kind · Friendly · Approachable · Good listener · Empathetic · Experienced · Professional · Hard working · Excellen communication skills · Patient I am kind, hardworking and a good communicator, am patient, a good listener and enjoy working closely with others - especially older people, I am friendly, chatty and hard working. What make me join care, I was caring for my Late Grandma before she passed on, I managed her quite well for 8yrs dealing with the 3 stages of dementia, along with been diabetic and hypertensive. I am a passionate and friendly caring professional, with 8 years experience in both public and private health section, my background in auxiliary nursing equivalent or NVQ level 2 and health care training has help in my career as a carer, in time past, caring and making different in lives of the vulnerable has been a thing of interest. I understand the law of diversity, love and care, driven independent in desire users, making the journey of vulnerability least easier and putting smile of the depressed faces. Aside personal interpersonal relationship skill, promoting self respect and understand cultures and belief has help in my career within the years. as we know, punctuality is key to effective management, delivery quality care and integrity all the way, I love pets, so much passion I have for friendly animals. Care is love, Love is care and care what sharing, that's what make the different, everyone deserved to receive adequate and appropriate care when needed, as I have a personal belief that, One day, one time, we all need to given care or to be cared for.
