We would highly recommend Grace, the time and care that she gives to mum is excellent, gives us as a family the confidence to know that mum is safe and well and that she see’s someone everyday. The house is very tidy and clean and mum loves their conversations and Grace’s singing whilst she works. We couldn’t have asked for a better carer, thankyou

I would like to personally thank both of my Mum's carers, Grace and Denise, they are patient and caring and keep me fully informed as to what is happening via a WhatsApp group, which was Denise's idea. Mum has early onset dementia and is sometimes a little too quick to say that she doesn't need help. They communicate and cover each others shifts if needed and Grace very kindly adapted her visit to collect mum from our house in Totton recently, enabling mum to attend a BBQ at ours.
