I believe I make me the right fit for this role. I have spent the past 17 years working in care homes for elderly residents, and I have built up a solid bank of skills which I believe would allow me to make a significant contribution to any clientele group that I'm privileged to work for. My interest in working with dementia, Alzheimer’s and elderly patients has evolved through previous roles in both a home setting and in a care home environment. To further enhance my knowledge of any illness, I also completed a degree in healthcare management at Arden University, London. I believe through well-structured care, service users can lead a dignified and fulfilling life. I am very keen to continue working in any challenging role and believe working with different clients would give me the exposure and experience to really help future service users.
