During this period, I have gained invaluable experience, skills, and experience across the social care sector. I have learnt from the best, have developed traits that make me the best support worker that I am today, how to multi task, how to be a good team player and how to work with people from different backgrounds and nationalities. As a team player, I build bridges and reconcile people with divergent views so that at the end of the day, it's a win-win situation for both the people we look after and support and work colleagues. I want to put a smile on those that I support and mark milestones as we make the journey towards recovery. I love to see those I support live a full life, give them the support and tools to experience a rewarding life, the best care I can give, and a good sense of security. My experience has been mainly on the following: ABI, helping with all aspects of care, physio, food, and fluid intake. Early onset of Dementia, MS, spinal injuries. Epilepsy and management of seizures. Learning disability I have done complex care, and both live in and shift work.
