My first days were very hard as I have never worked with disabled people before but along the way, I started to love this job more and more. It was an amazing feeling to be able to make a difference in someone’s life and to see happiness and smile on their faces and that they were so grateful for caring with them. That’s how and why I have decided to become a professional carer. If my client is happy I am happy too. Positive feedback is really important from both the client's and the company's side because it means I am doing my job well. I always focus on the needs of the customer and I respect their independence, choices and decisions. I already have previous live in care experience and I am also interested in learning new things and improving my existing skills. I think I have a kind, calm, and caring personality. I am very understanding and sensitive toward others, and I also am a good listener. When my friends or family have any kind of problems in their lives, I am always there for them and try to help them in any possible way. By the people around me I am considered an honest, trustworthy and empathetic person. In my spare time I like listening to music and watching films. I like to spend time with my family and friends as well. I have got two cats and I love to play with them. My favourite hobby is crocheting which makes me feel relaxed and calm. I love creating rugs and blankets. I also know a bit of macramé. Outside, I like hiking and going to festivals in the summer.
