I have a diverse experience in care ranging from working with people with Dementia, Respite Care, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Chronic Conditions, End of Life Care and played a significant role in the recovery process of many clients with Rehabilitation Needs. Being naturally compassionate, I have always worked in the care industry and I have vast experiences from working as a Care assistant, Mental Health support worker, Senior Carer, Team Leader, Care Coordinator and Unit manager. My competences includes; ability to work and perform well under pressure, risk assessment and management, care plan formulation and review, mental health disorders in client groups, safeguarding adults, health and safety, medication administration and leadership.
