Abi is an amazing carer who is experienced, patient and reliable. She is supportive and person-centered to ensure she learns how to provide care in my way. Abi is very professional and very good with respecting the boundaries and confidentiality. I feel at ease in her good hands as I know Abi can be trusted like a family friend. Abi has been very good in caring for a very difficult patient who is quite demanding and difficult to understand. She has been very patient and calm, trying to provide companionship. She has also done her best with cooking, cleaning and simple general caring.
