My mission is to ensure vulnerable people s rights are respected at all times .This means I treat them with dignity listening to their views without judging .I have lots of written positive complements from my previous job which I left due to relocation. I have a good sense of humour . I like to have lighter moments when I am at work .I respect boundaries and am a good listener . I deal with difficult situations in a calm way and I always respect people's choices and I help them to remain as independent as possible.
