I have been a carer for over a year now and prior to this, I would spend a lot of time caring for my mother. In this time I have developed a professional approach to caring whilst maintaining the positive empathetic attitude that all those in care deserve. I enjoy exercise and try to go walking or swimming as often as I can. As well as watching plenty sports, I love staying up to date with current affairs as it allows me to converse with a wide a range of people.
